YOU will be solely responsible for any and all damages to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be needed. We
take the condition of the townhouses VERY SERIOUSLY and any problems will be handles in the same manner.
At the time of Booking, a one night rental will require a 1 night rental charge as a deposit,
two or more nights will require a 2 night rental charge as a deposit.
