Rental Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into as of the __________________day of __________________, 2010,
by and between_____________________________________hereinafter referred to as "Owner" whose address

and whose telephone number is,_____________________________________ and CROWN RESORTS,LTD.
Whose address is 1129 TREASURE LAKE, DuBois,PA 15801 hereinafter referred to as "Agent".
WITNESSED
Whereas, Owner owns the timeshare interval as stated above and wishes to place said interval in rental pool.
Agent agrees to use customary effort to rent said interval on behalf of Owner. Agent shall be authorized to
procure renters for the interval by day or week.
It is further understood between the parties that Agent does not guarantee how many nights, if any, said interval
will be rented. It is understood that any unrented portion of Owner's timeshare interval will not five Owner the
benefit of any accrual time or any monies whatsoever.
OWNER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE TIMESHARE INTERVAL WILL BE PLACED IN THE RENTAL
POOL IF ALL MAINTENANCE FEES, AND ASSESSMENTS ARE CURRENT. However, in the event of overflow,
Owner hereby permits Agent to apply any rental proceeds Agent may collect of behalf of Owner toward any
delinquent dues or assessments owed by Owner to Owner's Timeshare Association.
Owner acknowledges to Agent that Owner has not placed the aforementioned timeshare interval in any reciprocal
exchange program and furthermore acknowledges to Agent that owner does not desire to occupy the unit for the
year that is placed in the rental pool.
It is agreed and understood between the parties that this agreement shall be governed by the lows of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Owner shall be reimbursed within 45 days at a rate of 1/7 of the annual
maintenance fee per occupied room night. Rental rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Agent.
This agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date first written above.
